As I said to those questioning my decision to avoid toxic shots "unless you are eating, breathing, drinking, sleeping exercising, and relaxing perfectly, stay the fuck away from me with your stupid advice".

You are 100% Dr. McDonald! I am LIVING proof of this! I just stopped taking the arthritis “medicine” prescribed to me. I use all natural remedies for arthritis, including exercise, sunshine, healthy food, clean water. And I beat cancer, with the Grace of God and surgery. The medical cartel has been hiding all of this! We don’t need doctors (only for necessary emergency), they need us!

I’ll definitely check it out! I get all my excellent health information from alternative media. People have absolutely no idea how much they’ve been lied to. I threw my television out 20 years ago. What propaganda garbage! Thank you for information!

Yea…and actually 99% of inflamation is caused by toxic pharmaceuticals..especially jibby jabs! Don’t take any jabs period! Flu, Shingle, Measle, Rump, Rubella, all of them are poison. Eat better, green leafy salds and lots of fruit, eat less meat and get moving! All will be good!

The only thing I would add is that many people unfortunately consume seed (vegetable) oils in large quantities, which provokes inflammation. Also, although in the past meat was thought to be pro-inflammatory, we now know that it is not--there is no correlation between red meat and heart attacks, for example. The misunderstanding came from the confounder effect of following meat eaters who were commonly eating other foods that were unhealthy (fast food, processed grains, and seed-oil fried potatoes).

Yea…I agree with the seed oils for sure, my wife and I have been trying to get her parents to quit with the Becel margarine for years! They say “well we’re still alive” hah! Yet both are on blood pressure medications and can’t walk from the far end of the parking lot! 🤷🏻‍♂️ My thoughts on eating meat are different from others…just don’t think it is healthy to mix other sentient beings blood with ours. People say I’m crazy but whatever, I’m healthy.

Seed oils (including margarine) were pushed for years by "health experts" as excellent, healthy alternatives to all other fats. Turns out they cause cancer, strokes, and heart attacks, while the other fats (animal fat, butter, oil / avocado / palm / coconut oils) are not only not unhealthy but actually quite nutritious. What else have we been led to believe that isn't true?

My Grandfather taught me to look in the complete opposite direction of whatever government/government health officials/politicians say about anything! He always said that it is all lies! He would find out when the “V” days were at school and come drag my sister and I out of there! He was an amazing man. In my opinion there is no end to the lies, if you have the eyes to see and ears to hear you will be okay. Otherwise I don’t think there is much hope for you. 🤷🏻‍♂️

There are some high glycemic index fruits that, when eaten in large quantities (or juiced), can cause insulin resistance, the precursor to diabetes. In general, though, eating whole fruit is not dangerous. The sugar is held in the fruit fiber, so it doesn't act like high fructose corn syrup does. Juicing fruit, though, can create problems with blood sugar and insulin spikes.

I recommend this turmeric supplement for its anti-inflammatory qualities (within the anti-inflammatory protocol): https://us.fullscript.com/protocols/markmcdonaldmd-inflammation.

Then choose low-glycemic index fruit--bananas, apples, berries. Most tropical fruits like pineapples, mangos, and papayas contain large amounts of sugar.

I dunno 🤷🏻‍♂️ my brain tells me that no fruit is part of the lies?? Show me one vegetarian, fruitarian, vegan that has a weight issue/diabetes issue/irritable bowel syndrome/abdominal area cancers?? Etc etc…Just saying I eat all fruits and vegetables and lots of them, I don’t have a blood sugar issue? Tons of energy for a guy my age! Weight is good, never miss work, never had the conVid, don’t get the flu?? All though I have never had a “V” ever not one of any kind! So there is that as well 🤙🏻

An American woman just recently died of starvation from an all fruit diet in Malaysia. It wasn't the fruit that killed her, though. It was the lack of nutrition. Fruit is a critical component of a well-rounded diet.

The most common nutritious fruits may be berries, which are highly concentrated in anti-oxidants. Surprisingly, frozen blueberries contain more antioxidants than fresh blueberries--one of the exceptions to the general rule of "eat fresh, not frozen." Keep eating the red meat, though. It's one of the most nutrient-rich foods.

Yea…I’m no expert. I guess what works for some might not for others. And my take on eating animals is different than most. As long as we are healthy and happy that is what matters the most, and I love where I’m at!! 🤙🏻

My response: No. Inflammation is the body's way of responding to the Toxins that actually Cause the "diseases".

What was the question?

There is no question. Simply that your Title: "Inflammation,

The common pathway of all disease" is misleading at best.

In other words. Inflammation is a result, not a cause.

I think we're largely in agreement, then. What I'm pointing out is that inflammation (caused by an environmental derangement) is both the consequence of an injury as well as a mediator of chronic illness and disease. The anti-inflammatory supplements I mentioned are not anti-inflammatory in the way ibuprofen is. They actually detoxify the body in various ways so that inflammation (both a marker and a mediator of injury) is reduced.

To some degree, simply living generates inflammation. That's why interventions that serve to temporarily arrest the inflammation, which prevents it from becoming chronic, can be so helpful--reparative, even. Daily cold plunges would be one example. I'll write about that in the future.
