I read this post from eugyppius today. It reminded me of your first book describing the huge anxiety, especially of mothers, that people experienced worrying about Covid. I, myself, remain unvaccinated. But I did suffer from rejection by vaccinated people who were so very fearful of Covid--which I regarded as no more threatening than flu, despite my advanced age of almost 81.

Those like me who don't care for cooked liver might try puréeing it raw with apple cider vinegar and water. Adding kidney and spleen makes it even more nutritious. I am convinced that the nutrient profile of raw organ purée is superior to cooked organs, and fermenting it makes it even better. This has been the foundation of my athletic diet for several years now.
