Your info is so valuable. Thank you! I just watched you speak at the White Coat Summit today. Your insight is priceless describing the last three years in a way I have never heard. You were born for such a time as this.
Is access to Fullscript only for PAID subscribers to your Substack? I have a "free" level subscription and the Fullscript link you provided simply doesn't work when I enter my email address and try to establish a free account. Any info appreciated. Thank you.
No, not at all. Fullscript only requires that you provide your name and email address through this link: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/markmcdonaldmd?preview=true. Then you can view my public protocols, browse favorites, download resources, and place orders.
I know that some readers have been unable to get past the home page using non-standard browsers (not Chrome, Safari, Explorer, or Firefox). They were all able to resolve this technical issue by opening a chat with Fullscript support on the Fullscript homepage: https://fullscript.com/.

Thanks for your recommendations! I placed an order a few days ago without subscribing to Fullscript. Today I attempted subscribing, not sure if it worked.
Let me know your experience will Fullscript after you've tried out the supplements you ordered. You can do that through your Fullscript account. It isn't really a subscription--it's just a free account you can use to place orders. I see your account and your order. Everything looks good.
I got rid of my car 1.5 years ago to make walking my families only recourse for getting anywhere. I’ve always been a walker/exerciser but my kids not so much. We buy groceries/supplies in quantities we can manage and if we ever have to do a big trip/purchase we borrow a friends car. We now spend much less money, eat far healthier, think twice about large purchases (do I really need this?) and of course feel AMAZING (our dog LOVES our new lifestyle too!) Today I bought a bike so I can go further to maybe see a movie, swim at a lake, go an adventure and I feel like I bought a Porsche🤣. I do understand many people need a car for work but if you can walk to work in under an hour, try it, it’s worth it.
Excellent advice, Sirka. Another benefit is that incorporating this form of daily exercise obviates the need for dedicated gym time, gym memberships, personal trainers, home gym space, etc.

Great feedback--thank you!

Same thing happens to me

How can I view parts 1 and 2 of the fullscript series?
They're available on my Substack homepage and titled "Sleep" and "Diet."
I found them. Thank you!

I’m a free subscriber and have accessed it from both links. Not sure why others can’t.
I suspect this is a browser compatibility issue--switching to Safari, IE, Chrome, or Firefox should solve the problem.
