I am now a dedicated customer of your fullscript. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 years or more to control severe insomnia. Your 3 pills (lavendar, insomnitol, and magnesium) finally succeeded where everything else failed!

However, I wish to say that dementia (in some cases) can be reversed by consuming at least 30 mg. daily of silica water such as Fiji water. Dr. Christopher Exley has managed to successfully reverse dementia in his mother and 3/15 other elderly women following this protocol. Aluminum toxicity is associated with neurological problems in the young (autism) and in the elderly (dementia). (See his book, "Imagine you are an aluminum atom")

He is also on substack. https://drchristopherexley.substack.com/p/my-favourite-things?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=730345&post_id=137518260&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=true&r=1ej3w&utm_medium=email

Prior to the 1960's when processes were developed to separate aluminum from silica and use it in many many products, aluminum was always combined with silica. So we were not so exposed to its toxic effects. Aluminum and silica are the 2nd and 3rd most common elements found in nature. In order to detoxify aluminum and remove it from our body, we can use silica water. Silica in a vitamin supplement does not perform this task.

Dr. Exley has worked his entire lifetime career to study the effects of aluminum in our bodies. He was recently fired from his tenured position in a UK university because of daring to criticize vaccines for containing aluminum. All along his proposals to study/reverse dementia, vaccine toxicity have been denied.

NOTE: If a pharmaceutical drug were to find promising results from detoxifying aluminum such as Dr. Exley found--there is no doubt it would be funded and paid for by big Pharma or our governement. Our children receive toxic amounts of aluminum which Dr. James Lyons-Weiler has also documented in his substack, PopularRationalism.

So glad to hear my insomnia protocol of lavender, Insomnitol (proprietary blend from Designs For Health), and magnesium (unique formula from Smidge) has helped you. My patients have told me the same thing, and I've been able to reduce or eliminate the use of all pharmaceutical sleep aids thanks to it. https://us.fullscript.com/plans/markmcdonaldmd-insomnia.

Interesting you mention Fiji water--that company is headquartered right across the street from my office. I can watch their management meetings through the window!

Any concerns that FIJI water contains fluoride? (Fluoride in drinking water has long been controversial) I see it’s only 0.2 mg/L, far below what the Feds (DHHS) recommend, so perhaps it’s negligible.

Controversial, indeed. I have seen more and more quality research that indicates chronic fluoride consumption (mainly through water) contributes to physical injury, but what isn't clear is what level of consumption is dangerous. As you pointed out in Fiji Water's own publication of particle analysis of its product, 100% "natural" water still contains fluoride. So now what do you do? Presumably, that fluoride did not come from contamination. Arsenic, for example, is naturally occurring and causes no harm, until it reaches a certain level, and then it kills you. Is the goal to remove 100% of everything in the water we drink, other than hydrogen and oxygen? Distilled water is known to be unhealthy to drink in large quantities over a long period of time. So that's not the answer.

I have raised more questions than I have answers to. But that is my point--sometimes what is "healthy" is not so obvious. "Natural," "organic," etc. mean nothing to me anymore--it's only marketing. We must drill down and ask hard questions about what really drives health. The answer will not be found on a pretty green virtue-signaling label.

The ubiquitous use of statin drugs hasta be one of the main reasons there is such rise in dementia. Couple that with a high carbohydrate low fat diet and you’re certain not to know who the hell you are by the time you’re 65!

Dr. Barke and I interviewed cardiologist Dr. Jack Wolfson about the cholesterol myth and brought up this exact issue--the use of statins and the absence of healthy protein in the diet: https://open.spotify.com/episode/5dZhGiFxR9N3CoC9syVKCW?si=2d72335edeee441a.

So many bad things can happen when your cholesterol goes down it’s almost unbelievable. I forget his name but there is a Doctor Who claims to be a flight surgeon for NASA and his doctor put him on a very low dose statin and he came down with global transit amnesia and ALS ! I believe he wrote a couple of books one was called Lipitor the thief of memory . Any man who wants to have a healthy marriage sex life should consider very highly staying off of statin drugs

There is no benefit and high risk of harm--similar to the mRNA injections.

To add insult to injury there is no doubt the death vaxx With his toxic lipid nano particles and almost certainly undeclared ingredients has lead many down the road to dementia. My advice to avoid this would be a high fat caveman diet , combined with the pollen as it is the highest antioxidant food on the planet and will counter free radicals . Hi intensity strength training Which increases neurotrophic factor. Lots of friends and family lots of laughing and playing and no chronic stress. Do these things and you’re guaranteed to live long and then drop dead ! The way it’s supposed to be

Things that make you have to think logically under acute intermittent high dress like her and Sister’s experience would seem to me would keep your brain functioning very well. Mindless activities not so much. Hi intensity strength training and sprinting come to mind. During these activities every cell in your body thinks it’s about to die and if you push through it you’re sending a very powerful biological signal that you want to live. And because our mind in our body are always connected ( when they’re not that’s called being dead ) it would appear of these very intense situation would not only build up one’s muscular system but also your brain. For one cannot function well without the other both working at optimal levels in a primal environment

High Intermittent stress Sprinting Damn auto correct 🤪

Interestingly (and not something I brought up in the article) is that the activity consistently shown to be the most neuro-protective is couples dance, for the exact reason you mention above.
